I can feel it in my body, CONTRACTING into a tight little fist just around my stomach area. I can feel it in my breath being shallow or being held. I can feel its coldness in my muscles and in my bones. I can sometimes taste its metallic flavor in my mouth. And sometimes the fear can be so strong, that my body automatically revolts and then empties out.

At the same time I can see the fear lurking in my mind. It takes the form of OBSESSION and PARANOIA. My mind starts running wild. Looping around. I feel trapped. Confused. Powerless.
I have the craziest ideas of what can happen to me. They all seem so real. I imagine the worst case scenarios and my mind fixates on them. But I also know the more I focus on the fear the more I afraid I get so I feel guilty about that! Now I feel even worse not just afraid but guilty too.

Fear makes me feel like SPIRALING DOWN into a deep dark hole of confusion and paralysis. FROZEN in fear, that’s how it feels to me.
𝘚𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘸?
FIGHTING the fear DOESN’T WORK. I know that from experience. I just dig myself deeper. It’s impossible to think my way out of it! Willpower is not enough.

How to SURRENDER to something that you want to instinctually go against?
Fear is an emotion. Emotion is energy in motion. It wants to move, wants to complete, to release. I understand that. Resisting fear just makes me more stuck in it, I know that.
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦?
The first time I thought that this was a scary thought. Allow my fear to be there without any fight or resistance. Without judgement. Only ACCEPTANCE. Staying with my fear and taking some breaths together.
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵?
Even though this was a scary thought, my other alternative of keep fighting was an even more scary and depressive. I felt I have nothing to loose, apart from fear itself of course:)
So I just did that. Stopped fighting, put my arms down and relaxed into my fear. Knowing that I am not the fear but the fear is moving through me.
As I sat with my fear and allowed it to be there slowly I started to feel something inside of me softening and opening up. I felt my being relaxing deep at my core. I realized how much I hold….
𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚, 𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣…
Then this softening began to grow as the fear dissolved and melted away. I could see my fear shrinking and becoming small, even a bit funny and ridiculous.
Now I feel I can breathe deeper and my body is soft, warm and comfortable again. Clarity returned to my mind and my paranoia faded away. I feel lighter and uplifted. Like emerging from a deep cave and standing outside under the sun my bare feet touching the precious Earth.
For a moment I can’t even remember why I was so afraid…
….it is true…
…. most of my fears are false evidence appearing to be real……
....only love is real....sending love to my fear

Don’t judge yourself. We all experience fear sometimes. Fear is a signal telling us that we are out of alignment with who we truly are. Love is your natural state.

Remember that when you are afraid, you are stuck and powerless. To take your power back, you have to face the fear, feel it and let it go. Feel your fear, love your fear, embrace your fear to dissolve it. Remember that you did this many times before, that’s how we evolve.
Take one step at a time. Trust yourself. Advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.

How can you face your fears?
You need to take full responsibility for your feelings, thoughts and actions. You need radical honesty to reflect on what works and doesn’t work for you?
Funny thing is that often when you name your fears and look them in the eye, they start to shrink smaller and smaller and in the end they look somewhat funny and ridiculous.
4. 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚
To move from fear to love you need to shift your perspective. The best way to do that is to ask good questions like:
What do you really want? What is holding you back? What do you need to let go of?
What is your truth? What makes you feel good, excited, elevated?
What do you need to move forward in the direction of your dreams?
Shifting your mind from focusing on what you don’t want to focus on what you truly desire is a powerful tool to face your fears and take back your power. Your mind is your ally.
Action is the last step of manifestation in the physical reality.
Feel the fear and do it anyway! Advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.
Every time the old thought or fear comes around you say: I see you but you have no more power over me! I am choosing to create a different reality that feels better to me. I am taking the next step. I am moving forward. Fear cannot hold me anymore.
When you practice you gain momentum. One thought attracts another. Positive energy attracts more positive energy.
This is a way to uplift yourself to love from fear. Bonus is that when you are uplifted, you naturally uplift others.
So what is on the other side of fear?
Love, hope, God, Source, Spirit, freedom, trust, joy, abundance, compassion, wisdom, truth, confidence, courage, peace.
Yes, yes and YES!
I found all that. Then more layers of fear and more gifts beyond that.
Will this ever end? I don’t know….
But something I know for sure.
It gets easier. Life gets better, filled with more joy and love.
My being deeply relaxes into this Love.
Love has no boundaries. I know that. So I keep opening, receiving and giving more love as I let go of the fears.
FEAR. Face everything and rise!
I am grateful for my fears because they show me where I still contract myself, where do I shut myself down, where I feel still pain. I am grateful for my fears because they guide me back to love.
I choose love.
Again and again, until no more fear left.
I love my fears to death! I love you. I love myself. Love is all. All is One.
